Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has shipped a tracking number will be provided to you via email. We strive to ensure every package arrives safely, but once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation:
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
Stolen Packages:
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a mail theft report with USPS and contacting your local authorities.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
Wait 24-48 hours. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
Check around your property
Look at side doors, porches, mailrooms, or with building management.
Contact USPS or your carrier
They may have additional delivery details.
File a claim with USPS.
If theft is suspected, you can report the incident here.

Within 30 days from purchase date, and with a receipt or other proof of purchase, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange it for items of the same value. Returned or exchanged products must be in new condition. Customer pays return shipping. All clearance sales final. No returns.
